Help for widows / Допомога вдовам
During the Christmas holidays, the Dubno church did not forget the widows and widowers of our church. We have 38 of them.
We prepared food packages and calendars, and with the donations received, we decided to purchase sweets (candies) and prepare Christmas gifts.
After the Christmas service, we distributed the gifts and delivered them to those who were not present.
Thanks be to God, the church, and the “Good Samaritan” Mission for caring for the widows.
Дубенська церква в Різдвяні свята не забула і вдів та вдівців нашої церкви. Їх у нас 38.
Ми приготували продуктові пакунки, календарі, а за пожертвування, що надійшли, прийняли рішення закупити солодощі (цукерки) та сформувати різдвяні подарунки.
Після різдвяного служіння роздали гостинці та передали тим, хто не був присутній.
Подяка Богу, церкві, Місії «Добрий Самарянин» за піклування про вдів.
Report on Activities in the Fourth Quarter of 2025
“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.”
Isaiah 9:1
This prophecy was proclaimed by the prophet Isaiah approximately 740–700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ. Indeed, the waiting was long. Likewise, in our time, we are waiting for the deliverance that will come from the Lord for the Ukrainian people.
May God grant us strength, patience, and courage to proclaim that You are the Light of life for every heart that is weary, broken, wounded, deceived, and defenseless amid the turbulent circumstances of today.
May God grant us faith and hope that You have not abandoned us but continue to act: healing, restoring, forgiving, saving, and protecting.
Today, our region deeply needs the Gospel — healing, help, hope, and support.
The Church must be strong in difficult times in order to fulfill its mission — to be a signpost pointing to the Source of Light.
Ministry Activities and Changes
During the reporting period, certain changes occurred. Some of our brothers were called up for military service, which brought new challenges and responsibilities to the church — namely, prayer, maintaining contact, and providing practical support.
Some are at training grounds, some in medical units, some in construction brigades, and others in drone units. Each one has their own place and responsibility.
For this reason, we planned a trip with the brothers to visit our brother Andrii in the Chernihiv region. We purchased and prepared necessary supplies, and the sisters baked goods (Photo 1).
The journey was not easy, as navigation often did not work due to air raids. Eventually, we met not only with our brother (Photo 2) but also with other brothers from the Rivne region who serve, believe, and live together (Photo 3).
We shared in the Lord’s Supper, prayed, sang, shared our faith, and delivered gifts (Photo 4).
May God protect our brothers and grant them a swift return home. Our gratitude goes to the church and to everyone who helped — for open hearts and support. We safely returned home.
Social and Humanitarian Ministry
We continue to assist people with disabilities, those limited by illness or injury, internally displaced persons, and individuals in difficult social and financial circumstances. One of the photos shows a half-bedridden man whose son was taken to the army, whose daughter lives in another city, and whose wife is blind (Photo 5).
Sunday School Ministry
I continue to serve as the Director of the Sunday School of our church.
We began the Christmas Advent season, preparing children and reminding them of hope, peace, joy, and God’s love revealed in the birth of Jesus Christ (Photo 6).
We prepared Christmas gifts and a program to glorify the newborn Jesus (Photo 7).
The older Sunday School group expressed a desire to visit district churches in Radyvyliv and Mlyniv and to participate in services in Dubno. Young talents are serving, worshiping, and growing. This is the future being formed already today. Glory to God! (Photos 8, 9)
Ongoing Evangelistic Outreach
A long-standing ministry that has become a hallmark of our church is the “Our Father” calendar, placed in workplaces so that people may turn their eyes to God. Each year, we distribute between 3,000 and 10,000 copies (Photo 10).
Education and Spiritual Growth
I have begun studies at the Rivne Bible Institute — “How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity.” This is a valuable time for growth in the Word and in prayer (Photo 11).
Family Ministry
We give special attention to family ministry, as the family is a vulnerable area in the life of a servant of God. Guests gladly came to hear a Gospel-centered perspective on family topics, particularly “The Roles of a Man and a Woman in Marriage” (Photo 12).

Ukraine continues to pray, to act, and to wait for the bright day of victory that comes from God.

Звіт про роботу в ІV кварталі 2025 року
«Народ, який в темряві ходить, Світло велике побачить, і над тими, хто сидить у краю тіні смерти, Світло засяє над ними!» Ісаї 9:1
Таке пророцтво проголосив пророк Ісая приблизно 740–700 років до народження Ісуса Христа. Звісно, це очікування було довгим. Подібно і в наш час ми чекаємо того, що прийде визволення від Господа для Українського народу.
Дай Боже сили, терпіння та відваги проповідувати, що Ти є «Світлом життя» для кожного серця, яке втомилось, розбите, зламане, обмануте та беззахисне перед буремними обставинами сьогодення.
Дай Боже нам віри та надії, що Ти не залишив нас, а продовжуєш діяти: сціляти, піднімати, прощати, спасати і захищати. І сьогодні наш край потребує Євангелії, вздоровлення, допомоги та підтримки.
Церква має бути сильною в тяжкі часи, щоб нести покладену на неї місію — бути вказівником до Джерела Світла.
За звітний період відбулись певні зміни: наших братів покликали до війська, і це наклало на церкву нові виклики та відповідальність — молитись, підтримувати зв’язок і практично допомагати.
Хтось на полігоні, хтось у санітарній частині, хтось у будівельній бригаді, а хто і в дронових військах. У кожного своє місце та своя відповідальність.
Тому цього разу ми спланували поїздку з братами до нашого брата Андрія на Чернігівщину, закупили та підготували необхідне, сестри напекли випічку. (Фото 1)
Шлях був непростий — навігатор часто не працював через повітряні атаки. Та ми зустрілись не тільки з нашим братом (Фото 2), а й з іншими братами з Рівненщини, які разом служать, вірять та проживають вкупі. (Фото 3)
Провели хлібопереломлення, помолились, заспівали, поділились спільною вірою та передали гостинці. (Фото 4)
Хай Бог береже братів і дасть їм швидке повернення додому. А церкві та всім, хто допомагав, — щира подяка за відкритість серця та підтримку. Ми благополучно повернулись додому.
Продовжуємо допомагати людям з інвалідністю, внутрішньо переміщеним особам та тим, хто перебуває у важкому соціально-матеріальному становищі. (Фото 5)

Report on Activities in the Third Quarter of 2025
For the life of man is like grass, and his glory is like a flower that falls… With each day of war I am convinced that the idea of murder and conquest is more interesting and easier in this world – than peace, salvation and common sense.
Jesus himself offered his disciples – his peace, which the world does not have and does not understand…
What God values in man – and people, society, ideas – use for their own purposes.
My family continues to serve in Dubno and the region. The children are growing up and are becoming more involved in their father’s ministry. Together with my wife, I had the opportunity to serve in a camp in the Carpathians for children.
I want to start with a May trip with my brothers with volunteer assistance to the east of Ukraine – namely the cities of Izyum, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, and the villages nearby.
Every time such trips leave a strong emotional mark on the heart. And this time was no exception – many personal conversations, acquaintances, testimonies of God’s work and protection of people who, under shelling, remained intact by God’s miracle.

A special acquaintance was with brother Oleksandr, who serves in the Izyum hospital for wounded soldiers – we spent a day together in the hospital. We distributed food, helped and testified and prayed. (Photo 3)
A visit to the cemetery where brother Oleksandr buried the tortured, shot Ukrainian civilians and soldiers left a deep impression. (Photo 4)
It is strange, but in the frontline zone people have a greater thirst for the Word, prayer and Christian Ukrainian songs – this was evident in the villages during the distribution of aid.
We returned home blessed, thanking God, the church that prayed, and everyone who helped.
I put a lot of time and effort into preparing the team, the ministers for conducting summer camps. Children, teenagers, and youth. There was a lot of work:
This year, on June 7, we held a one-day evangelistic camp that brought together 150 children aged 6 to 13. It was a time filled with fun games, creative workshops, and educational Bible lessons. We wanted every child to experience God’s love and spend an unforgettable day in the Christian community. (Photo 5)
Our camp in the Carpathians, which took place from July 21 to 28, was a true blessing for 40 children aged 8 to 14. In addition to exciting hikes, team games and evening gatherings around the campfire, this time was full of spiritual growth. We were especially happy when two teenagers decided to repent and dedicate their lives to Jesus during the camp. (Photo 6)
In early July, a youth festival was held where over 80 young people listened to the Word of God and had a great time! Thank God for this opportunity and thanks to everyone who contributed to this cause! I had the opportunity to preach to the youth. (photos 7, 8)
The camp was held in the village of Sadi, where there is no Evangelical church. Number of participants -42, teams -16 The camp was wonderful. Every day the children learned the light of God through His word. The team worked hard to share the Gospel with the children (photo 9)
The youth of our church served as mentors and helpers at the camp in the village of Stovpets. Also for using the sports equipment so that they could have fun with the children. There were an average of 100 children and 30 team members. (photo 10)
The first teenage hike to Mount Kukul in early June. There were 38 teenagers and 12 team members We climbed the mountains and at the same time talked about how we should change in the process of our lives. It was a one-day hike that was 35km long. The hike was called “Change Yourself” (Photo 11)
The second teenage hike to Mount Hoverla at the end of June. There were 36 teenagers and 14 team members. It was a three-day hike to the highest mountain in Ukraine, we did a small steep climb on the first day, and two days later we just rested and enjoyed the nature of the Carpathians. We also talked about restoring our relationship with our God. The hike was called “Renew” (photo 12)
Baptism is a blessing for the church – and an indicator of work. And for me this is a special moment – because yesterday these boys and girls first came to the camp, group, teenage ministry and youth, and today they are among the church – receiving holy baptism by faith. Thank God!!! (photo 13)
I continue my diaconal ministry: visiting the sick and the elderly. (photo 14)
The sick, wounded and elderly need aids – sticks, crutches, wheelchairs, this time he also sent them to Izyum to the frontline zone. (Photo 15)

Звіт про роботу в IІI кварталі 2025 року
Бо життя людини, як трава, і слава її – як цвіт, що обпадає…
З кожним днем війни переконуюсь, що ідея вбивства та загарбництва цікавіша та легша в цьому світі – ніж миру, спасіння та здорового глузду. Що за мир потрібно заплатити ціну.
Сам Ісус пропонував учням – мир свій, який світ не має та й не розуміє…
Що Бог цінує людиною – а люди, суспільство, ідеї – використовують у своїх цілях.
Моя сім’я продовжує служіння в Дубно та районі. Дітки підростають та частіше стають залучені до служіння батька. Мали разом змогу з дружиною служити в таборі в Карпатах для дітей.
Хочу розпочати з травневої поїздки з братами з волонтерською допомогою на схід України – а саме міста Ізюм, Краматорськ, Дружківка, та села які поряд.
Кожного разу подібні поїздки залишають сильний емоційний слід у серці. І цей раз був не винятком – багато особистих розмов, знайомств, свідоцтва Божої праці та захисту людей, які під обстрілами залишились Божим дивом цілі.

Особливим знайомством було з братом Олександром, який служить в госпіталі Ізюму пораненим військовим – ми разом провели день в госпіталі. Роздавали їжу, допомагали та свідкували й молились. (Фото 3)
Важкі враження залишили відвідини кладовища, де брат Олександр хоронив замучених, розстріляних українців цивільних та військових. (Фото 4)
Дивно, але в прифронтовій зоні люди мають більшу спрагу по Слову, молитві та християнській українській пісні – це було видно в селах при роздачі допомоги.
Ми благословенно повернулись додому, дякуючи Богу, церкві, що молилась та усім, хто допомагав.
Багато часу та зусиль прикладаю для підготовки команди, служителів для проведення літніх таборів. Діти, підлітки та молодь. Праці було багато:
Цього року 7 червня ми провели одноденний євангелізаційний табір, який зібрав 150 дітей віком від 6 до 13 років. Це був час, сповнений веселих ігор, творчих майстер-класів та пізнавальних біблійних уроків. Ми прагнули, щоб кожна дитина відчула Божу любов і провела незабутній день у християнській спільноті. Наш табір у Карпатах, який відбувався з 21 по 28 липня, став справжнім благословенням для 40 дітей віком від 8 до 14 років. Окрім захопливих походів, командних ігор і вечірніх посиденьок біля багаття, цей час був сповнений духовного зростання. Особливою радістю для нас стало те, що двоє підлітків під час табору прийняли рішення покаятися та присвятити своє життя Ісусу. (Фото 6)
На початку липня відбувся молодіжний фестиваль, у якому понад 80 молодих людей слухали Боже Слово та мали гарний час відпочинку! Слава Богу за таку можливість і подяка усім, хто сприяв цій справі! Мав змогу проповідувати для молоді. (Фото 7, 8)
Табір відбувся в с. М. Сади, де немає Євангельської церкви. Кількість учасників – 42, команди – 16. Табір пройшов чудово. Кожного дня діти вивчали світло Бога через Його слово. Команда плідно попрацювала, щоб розказати дітям Євангелію. (Фото 9)
Молодь нашої церкви служила наставниками та помічниками в денному таборі в селі Стовпець. Також використовували спортінвентар для того, щоб цікаво проводити час з дітками. В середньому було 100 діток та 30 членів команди. (Фото 10)
Перший підлітковий похід на гору Кукул на початку червня. Було 38 підлітків і 12 членів команди. Ми піднімались на гори і водночас говорили про те, як варто нам змінюватись в процесі нашого життя. Це був одноденний похід, який мав протяжність 35 км. Похід називався «ЗміниТи». (Фото 11)
Другий підлітковий похід на гору Говерла наприкінці червня. Було 36 підлітків та 14 членів команди. Це був триденний похід на найвищу гору в Україні. Ми мали стрімкий підйом першого дня, а також два дні пізніше просто відпочили, насолоджуючись природою Карпат. Також говорили про відновлення стосунків із нашим Богом. Похід називався «ВідновиТи». Благословінням для церкви та показником праці є хрещення. І для мене це особливий момент – адже ще вчора ці хлопці та дівчата вперше прийшли у табір, групу, підліткове служіння та молодь, а сьогодні вони в числі церкви – приймають святе по вірі хрещення. Слава Богу!!! (Фото 13)

Хворі, поранені та пристарілі мають потребу в допоміжних засобах – палиці, милиці, візочки. Цього разу ще й відправляв в Ізюм до прифронтової зони. (Фото 15)

Report on work in the 4th quarter of 2024
Ukraine has experienced 1000 days of full-scale war, pain, destruction, and mockery of our people by Russia. And practically every day we hear, see, and touch death, grief, pain of people far and near. Practically most of the conversations, prayers, and emotions are connected with this trouble of our present…
And only in some moments, moments, pages we have the opportunity to think, dream, and do what we were used to, to do, as the church of Jesus Christ…
Matt.4:23 “And He went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity among the people.”
And today our land needs the Gospel and healing, help, hope, support.
The Church must be strong in difficult times to carry out the mission entrusted to it.
During the reporting period, summer camps ended (photo 1) and we gradually moved on to the educational process. The Church entrusted me with the service of Sunday school director. I am engaged in training teachers and assistants. Formation of a team of people dedicated to God and children. We held 2 children’s camps. (photo 2)
One of which was in English – “Story of the Bible” Where children and teachers heard about the creation of the world, the fall of man, and the restoration of the world. Unsurpassed emotions, and another opportunity, in a different way, by studying English, to announce the great works of God. (photo 3)
Part of the sermon and service is visiting other churches. For fellowship and encouragement of each other in faith. We visited Polonne with the choir. (photo 4)
With the children of the Sunday school, I visited the village of Verba, where the pastor went abroad. We had a blessed time of fellowship (photo 5).
We also held a holiday of thanksgiving to God for the harvest in the local church. (photo 6)
One of the opportunities to preach the Gospel is the funerals of loved ones, acquaintances, and relatives. And unfortunately, quite often…
Every Sunday we have a prayer for the soldiers and the coming of peace for Ukraine. We have bookmarks in the Bibles with lists of soldiers. Every time there are also material needs of the soldiers, which we try to meet. (photo 7)
In the last volunteer trip to Sumy region, God blessed: to distribute aid, read the Gospel, pray, and distribute New Testaments to the military. (photo 8)
We visit the hospital in Rivne from some time – showing care and support for soldiers who are wounded and have lost limbs. We pray and bless them with the necessary, essential means. (photo 9)
One of the ministries that arose as a result of the war is with orphaned children, military personnel whose parents died. And in our city their number reaches 50 children. We invite them to join the camps, we are looking for sponsorship. (photo 10)
One of the practical things that I do is handing out wheelchairs and walking sticks to people with disabilities. Visiting the seriously ill at the deacon’s station (photo 11)
We devote a special blessed time and place to family ministry. A pastor from Melitopol, which is under occupation, was invited as a speaker. Also, some of the guests are acquaintances and friends who do not attend church. But they come with joy to hear the Gospel view on family issues (photo 12)
By the grace of God, the Church of Christ continues to preach the Gospel of Salvation. The eternal Word is what saves. After all, in dark times people need hope. Blessed is he who puts his hope in Him.
Greetings to those far and near, relatives in the flesh and relatives in the spirit – grace to you and peace in Jesus Christ our Lord.
Ukraine continues to pray, wait and act for the victory that comes from God.
Gratitude to the Good Samaritan Mission and personally to Director Volodymyr Fedchuk for prayer, care and a heart that accommodates Ukrainians. May God fill it with every blessing that does not bring sorrow.

Звіт про роботу в IV кварталі 2024 року
Україна пережила 1000 днів повномасштабної війни, болю, руйнації та знущання Росії з нашого народу. І практично кожного дня ми чуємо, бачимо та дотикаємось до смерті, горя, болю далеких та близьких людей. Практично більшість розмов, молитов та емоцій зв’язані з цією бідою нашого сьогодення…
І тільки в деяких моментах, митях, сторінках ми маємо змогу думати, мріяти і робити те, що були звиклі, довійни, як церква Ісуса Христа…
Мт.4:23 «І ходив Він по всій Галілеї, по їхніх синагогах навчаючи, та Євангелію Царства проповідуючи, і вздоровлюючи всяку недугу, і всяку неміч між людьми.»
І сьогодні наш край потребує Євангелії та вздоровлення, допомоги, надії, підтримки.
Церква має бути сильною в тяжкі часи, щоб нести покладену на неї місію.
За звітний період закінчились літні табори (фото1), і ми поступово перейшли до навчального процесу. Церква довірила мені виконувати служіння директора недільної школи. Займаюся навчанням вчителів та помічників. Формування колективу посвячених Богу та дітям людей. Провели 2 дитячі табори (фото2).
Один з яких був англійською мовою – «Біблійна розповідь», де діти та вчителі чули про створення світу, гріхопадіння та відновлення світу. Неперевершені емоції, та ще одна можливість, іншим шляхом, методом вивчення англійської звістити про великі діла Божі (фото3).
Частину проповіді та служіння займає відвідування інших церков. Для спільності та підбадьорення один одного у вірі. З хором відвідали Полонне (фото4).
З дітками недільної школи відвідав с. Вербу, де пастор виїхав за кордон. Мали благословенний час спільності (фото5).
Також провели і в помісній церкві свято подяки Богу за врожай (фото6).
Однією з можливостей проповідувати Євангелію є похорони близьких, знайомих та рідних. І на жаль, досить часто…
Щонеділі маємо молитву за воїнів та настання миру для України. Маємо закладки в Бібліях зі списками солдат. Щоразу є і матеріальні потреби воїнів, на які намагаємось відповідати (фото7).
В останній волонтерській поїздці на Сумщину Бог благословив: роздати допомогу, почитати Євангелію, помолитись та роздати Нові завіти для військових (фото8).
Відвідуємо час від часу і госпіталь в Рівному – проявляючи турботу та підтримку воїнам, які поранені, втратили кінцівки. Молимось та благословляємо необхідним, засобами першої необхідності (фото9).
Одне із служінь, яке виникло в наслідок війни – з дітьми сиротами, військових, батьки яких загинули. І в нашому місті їхнє число добігає 50 дітей. Запрошуємо їх долучатись до таборів, шукаємо спонсорську допомогу (фото10).
Однією з практичних речей, які виконую, є видача візків, палиць для людей з інвалідністю. Відвідини важкохворих на дияконському участку (фото11).
Особливий благословенний час і місце приділяємо сімейному служінню. Спікером запросили пастора з Мелітополя, що в окупації. Також частина гостей – це знайомі та друзі, що не відвідують церкву, але з радістю приходять почути Євангельський погляд на сімейну тематику (фото12).
По милості Божій церква Христова продовжує проповідувати Євангелію Спасіння. Вічне Слово – що спасає. Адже в темні часи люди потребують надії. Благословенний, хто надію кладе на Нього.
Вітаю далеких і близьких, рідних по тілу та близьких по духу – благодать вам та мир в Ісусі Христі Господі нашім.
Україна продовжує молитися, чекати і діяти для перемоги, яка від Бога.
Подяка Місії Добрий Самарянин та особисто директору Володимиру Федчуку за молитву, турботу та серце, яке вміщає Українців. Хай Бог наповнить усяким благословенням, що смутку не приносить.
